PRIMARY-SOURCE NOTE / FOOD SECURITY

An allocation is not proof of a household receipt.

Relief-camp supply needs a consistent period, beneficiary denominator and delivery trail.

INTERPRETATION LIMITS

Keep the scope attached.

The allocations and distribution figure have different or unstated periods. A distribution-to-allocation percentage would mix denominators.

Reported distribution is not independently audited household receipt, nutritional adequacy or regularity.

THE NEXT EVIDENCE

Close the record.

  1. What are camp-wise opening stocks, receipts, distributions and closing stocks for the same month?
  2. How many residents were served, and how were changes in camp population recorded?
  3. What shortages were reported, investigated and resolved, with dates?
