PARLIAMENT 2014 / HISTORICAL SOURCE RECONSTRUCTION
Explore sixty ordinary segment rows from two official combined Parliamentary sheets. Source conventions, selected scan comparisons and unresolved audit limits travel with every result.
An earlier Parliamentary vote supplies historical context. It does not supply an Assembly winner, prove voter transfers or establish a 2027 favourite. These observations have not been added to the historical prediction benchmarks.
Reference geography: DataMeet, pre-delimitation geometry with positional shifts. Segment numbers identify source rows; this map is not a certified 2014 boundary survey. Parliamentary leads are not Assembly wins.
INC led this ordinary Parliamentary segment with 11,809 candidate votes (64.34%). The lead over Moirangthem Nara was 8,048 votes, or 43.85 percentage points of candidate votes.
Selected scanned segment footer visually compared with the combined row. No complete polling-station audit is claimed.
Inspect original combined row ↗Candidate votes 18,354 · NOTA 129 · printed “valid” including NOTA 18,483 · rejected 0 · total polled 18,483. Source-native headers and original column order remain in the downloadable data.
The combined sheets include NOTA inside their printed “valid votes” column. The individual scanned Form 20s separate candidate-valid votes from NOTA. Candidate shares here use candidate votes only.
The row labelled “Grand Total” in each combined sheet sums its ordinary segments; an explicitly labelled postal row follows, then “Total votes polled.” The export preserves those printed labels. It does not allocate the postal votes across segments.
| Parliamentary constituency | Ordinary candidate votes | Ordinary NOTA | Postal candidate votes | Postal NOTA | Total polled including NOTA |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Inner Manipur | 6,35,530 | 5,298 | 42 | 0 | 6,40,870 |
| Outer Manipur | 7,69,362 | 2,206 | 198 | 0 | 7,71,766 |
The combined sheet prints AC29 as “Moirang,” duplicating AC27’s name. The selected original individual header reads “29 - Kumbi,” and its footer candidate vector, NOTA and total agree with combined row 29. The source label is retained separately from the index’s seat name.
Inspect the individual Kumbi header ↗The 2014 index points AC33 Heirok to 34.pdf. A separately recovered 33.pdf has a Heirok header; its selected footer agrees with the combined AC33 row. The wrongly indexed URL remains in the acquisition audit. No duplicate Wangjing Tentha table is assigned to Heirok.
Inspect index provenance and archived originals ↗↗ All sixty rows pass candidate + NOTA = printed valid and printed valid + rejected = total. Every candidate and ballot column sums to its ordinary total; ordinary + postal = final total. Five individual footers were selected for visual comparison: AC1, AC29, AC33, AC34 and AC60. No OCR-derived values are published. Kangpokpi’s first numeric cell has a documented closing-parenthesis overflow correction, visually checked against the combined page.
↗ Processed and selected comparisons reviewed 21 October 2026. Current acquisition timestamps are not evidence of original pre-2017 publication availability. Candidate labels are election-scoped; no cross-election identity join or sensitive identity inference is made. No new model accuracy, calibration or 2027 probability is claimed.
